The Mod-Twin 225 HD Sprung Street Kit is engineered for high-powered AWD street cars, delivering excellent pedal feel, durability, and engagement with very high torque capacity. This modular twin-disc setup combines twice the organic friction surfaces with an ultra-durable spring-center Mono-Drive hub. Each diaphragm spring undergoes an exclusive four-stage heat treatment for consistent light pedal feel. Steel-backed organic friction plates provide stable friction, good heat capacity, and long clutch life. Torque is evenly transferred through the Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly, extending input shaft life and reducing driveline shock from torsional vibration. The kit includes a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if needed). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable, with most components available separately.
