The SB8-HDR6 kit features ACT’s Heavy Duty pressure plate paired with a 6-pad rigid race disc for maximum race performance. The diaphragm-style pressure plate increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and maximizes clutch life. The 6-pad rigid disc uses high-quality ceramic friction material with a heat-treated chrome-moly hub for strength and durability. Its lightweight, rigid design enables quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free operation. The 6-pad rigid disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to better absorb heat, delivering harsher engagement for aggressive racing.
